My Goals

I want to:

Increase my speed
Improve my breathing
Increase my stamina
Not get injured
Have fun running!!! 

Race goals 

5k
Run in under 30 mins (Achieved on 13 October) 
Run a sub 27 min 5k - (Achieved)
Run a sub 26 min 5k - working on this. Approaching 26 minutes 

10k
Run in less than 60 mins (Achieved on 21 October)
Run in less than 55 mins - (Achieved at the Beddington Park 10k - 52mins)
Run in 50 mins - working on this.

Half marathon
Run in under 2 hours - just starting training for this but feeling good after Tadworth Ten

Marathon
Run in 4 hours!!!
