Training

My current training regime is consisting of:

Monday - 5k run (slow), Spinning

Tuesday - 10k run (gym)

Wednesday - 5 mile run with club (tempo, road)

Thursday - rest

Friday - Spinning or 5k hill climb 

Saturday - 5k Park Run time trial

Sunday - Long run (now 10 miles plus)

It does change from time to time when I want to mix things up a bit, and have scheduled in at least one race a month until February
